实验室简介
Our group is focusing on developing metal-based anticancer drugs. To realize a smarter chemotherapy strategy, we have developed several metal-based prodrugs with light-controlled anti-cancer efficacy. Moreover, we are applying chemical biology tools to investigate the underlying mechanism of these metal complexes, exploring their modes of action in provoking cytotoxicity as well as anti-cancer immunity.
Looking forward to new members (research assistents/graduate students/postdocs) with broad interest in chemical biology and synthetic biology researches ( cancer therapy, immunology, microbiology, ... ).
